"master" miRNA for Zinc metabolism

"master" miRNA for Zinc metabolism

I've used the weighted scores for the file with summed-up experimental and prediction values (where the total score was divided by the total number of genes [31]).
The normalized scores are the total score divided by the highest total score. I wasn't sure if it would be useful to try those scores instead.
Due to the extremely high number of experimentally validated interactions hsa-miR-16-5p produces the highest number in all of the variations (with different factors assigned to the experimentally validate).
After assigning a factor of 5 or higher to the experimentally validated values, there are little to no changes in the rankings of miRNAs.

I've added the normalized values from the miRabel and mirWalk databases
