Advanced Heatmap using R

Postby jumorale » Thu May 17, 2018 10:03 am

Hello everyone,
In this week I was able to generate a complex heatmap for my control and exposed groups.
During the process you need to upgrade to the newest version of R - ( https://www.r-project.org/) link to download
Also, you can update your version using the function package (instllr) - this will save you time
it is important to follow the instructions by reproducing similar patterns for the csv tables. I will provide an example table and rcode with my results.
Best,

Juan
