The graph output, after running banjo with 2028 variables, was unreadable (variables on the nodes could not be read). It looks like the graph was so big that the software had to scale it and this action caused the problem. We solved the situation by running again the dot file, requesting the graph output to have svg extension instead of jpg. This can be the solution if you face the same problem with your graph when running Banjo with a large number of variables ( 2,000+).
