Here is my class proposal for Brain Tumors, for SEER 1973-2011 data.

Dr. Yoo,
Here is the results of linear regression analysis for Brain Tumors cases (76148 case) of all SEER data 1973-2011. The analysis test survival months as dependent variable and race, age, sex and treatment as independent variables. There is a warning message shows up when applying treatment as independent variable!!! and the treatment data are incomplete in results tables.
I've submitted the results of two analysis with and without treatment variable.
I'm waiting your feedback.

Is missing meaning something, e.g., representing no treatment? If that is the case, you should encode it to a different treatment code. If not , i.e., treatments are missing in random, please select the cases with treatment not missing and do the analysis.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Dr. Yoo,

Here is the results of binary logistic regression analysis for Brain Tumors cases o SEER data 1973-2011. The analysis done for survival moths descritize as dependent variable and race, age, sex and rxsumm-radtoCNS as independent variables.

About the treatment (Rx Summ-Rad to CNS) variable, there are only 250 (none), 1 (radiation), 1 (recommended), and the rest are (unknown) on SEER data 1973-2011, the code is on page 48 in SEER pdf. file.!!! So I'm gonna reanalyze the data without the treatment variable and see the results.

Dr. Yoo,

Here is my final class project for Brain Tumors. The analysis done for survival moths as dependent variable and race, age, and sex as independent variables.
