Here we will discuss Dr. Park's paper on breast cancer and bone metastasis.

I have attached a file with the edits that I managed to make in an hour and a half. As an additional note I think that the runs on the orders with 16+ variables should be redone. When i discovered the bug in my code last week I found that most likely my code was not performing well for orders with more than 12 variables. I was able to fix it and I am not sure what the maximum amount of variables is now but I checked it at 37 variables and it is performing as expected.

I revised manuscript following Efrain's comments and added the result of calcprobability.
Also, I removed the contents with animal study in the present manuscript.

I think the Efrain recommendation about adding result using update code is really good idea.
However, if professor Yoo and Efrain will accept, I want to add the result of that into subsequent manuscript.
I will make the subsequent manuscript with the results of update code, structure code and animal study.

This is the revision of the first part of Method section.

I have attached below another edited version of the manuscript it begins with the first comment in the Introduction and ends just before the section on Data mining and Selection of candidate genes. I will finish the rest of the edits today so that we can all discuss any final editing tomorrow.
