From total of 846 subjects (85 control / 761 BC), use 761 BC subjects, i.e., 485 Luminal A, 107 Luminal B, 32 HER2+ and 137 TNBC, and 30 genes (NRF1 plus 29 most correlated genes* with ethnicity {White, Asian, Hispanic, Black}) for each BC type, i.e., Luminal A, Luminal B, TNBC, and HER2. Run ordering for 72 hours on the following analyses (W=White, A=Asian, H=Hispanic, B=Black, O=Others; Others represents other than the specified ethnicity, e.g., W-O represents White (coded as 1) vs Others (A,H,B coded as 0))



* Note that these 29 genes might be different for each BC type
