Dr. Yoo,
Please find the results for the second dataset. It took approximately 12 hours to run.

In the analysis result for 4th Dataset.xlsx, I will say it is highly unlikely that some genes will have no parents and no children. In this analysis, FARSB has no parents and no children. This is most likely bene just crashed. Please run it again and if you get the same results, I will ask you to remove the genes that have no parents and no children from the current analysis and move them to the next dataset for a new analysis.

Dr. Yoo,
I ran 3rd and 6th Dataset and the last gene of the dataset consistently remains without a father nor child.

Dr. Yoo,
For some particular reason, whenever I run Bene in path-two and path-three there seems to be an issue. I've gone from 25 to 19 variables but the results keep on coming up with the last gene keeps on remaining with a parent nor a child. It doesn't give me an error either. Do you think it's a memory issue again?
