datasets for melanoma
Posted: Tue Mar 31, 2015 1:55 pmI was trying to find some datasets with large sample numbers, but was not able to. Here are some datasets i can get.

Our lab has ETS1 (v-ets avian erythroblastosis virus E26 oncogene homolog 1) mice and Edn3 (endothelin 3) mice,these transgenic mice are for two different projects. So we want to find some genes that interact with ETS1 or Edn3 during melanoma progression. If a certain gene is strongly related to ETS1 or Edn3 from the data analysis, next step we will verify the relationship on our wet bench.
