Heavy metals and biological age

I am uploading the R code to calculate biological age and perform linear regression to assess the association between biological age and heavy metal exposure. In the dataset, phenoage0 depicts biological age and phenoage_advance0 is the difference between chronological and biological age. I have also attached a Word document containing the analysis results. The first step in the code is to download a file.
