Hi everyone,

I'm currently finishing up my dietetic internship to become a registered dietitian (RD) at Greensboro, NC and hopefully starting a job as an RD or researcher. I'm not sure what my schedule will look like in the near future, but I would love to help continue the Alzheimer's project. I have a draft of what I've done as of December 2017 that could use some review. Please let me know what I can do.

I thought since I was also conducting a GEO search on Alzheimers Disease datasets for DNA microarray and RNA-Seq analysis, that I'd contribute to this thread. Excellent job so far collecting these valuable datasets for Alzheimers trancriptomic analysis, I've found a few new and old datasets we can utilize for our research. I've attached them to a txt file for your own perusal. Thank you again, and let me know if you have any questions.

Can you update the attached table by making sure the listed datasets are indeed all Microarray datasets and add RNAseq datasets to the table and upload it. Also please update the "Note" column by stating whether the datasets include any other demographic information in it. If so, please indicate it with number of cases, e.g., if Sex is included, you may state "Sex (M=13/25, F=34/29)" indicating there is Sex information with male 13 AD cases and 25 control cases/ female 34 AD cases and 29 control cases.
