The KEGG Pathway Database is a database for understanding high-level functions and utilities of the biological system, molecular-level information, and other high-throughput experimental technologies. In the database I searched for signaling pathways that were associated with the gene ID3. The results showed that there are two pathways ( TGF-beta signaling pathway & Signaling pathways regulating pluripotency of stem cells) associated with ID3. It also provided the actual pathway as a thumbnail image in which you can enlarge. Below is a link to the database which brings you to the table of content.

Comparative Toxicogenomics Database (CTD) is a database that aims to advance understanding about how environmental exposures affect human health. It provides manually curated information about chemical–gene/protein interactions, chemical–disease and gene–disease relationships. These data are integrated with functional and pathway data to aid in development of hypotheses about the mechanisms underlying environmentally influenced diseases.
