As discussed, our aim is to understand the antifibrotic properties of our compound. Gene set analysis, gene ontology and pathways analysis would be a good start. The above is an abbreviated list which includes genes encoding extracellular matrix, ECM-associated proteins (collagens, etc.) and others whose accumulation is characteristic of fibrosis. By no means should this list be considered all-inclusive.
