I attached a list of RNAseq Dataset. From "Study Type", you know it is a RNA-Sequencing dataset. You could pick up anyone to do analysis. You select one, get its Series number like "GSE89623". Then go to GEO website https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi and put the Series number in the "GEO accession" to search. Then you can get the raw RNA-Seq dataset. You need clean up it if you want to use it.
