Here are my revised comment. There is some inconsistency in Figure 8B. In the figure, the highest p-value is reported as 1 for "0 3 | 2 4" that represents “whether a subject has BoneMetastasis cancer and expression level of PDE6A are conditionally independent of given expression level of SCTR and expression level of SPAG11A." But in the causal Bayesian Network in Figure 8B, SPAG11A is a parent of SCTR.
