I tried sftp pscp and all other commands that I could find in the internet. I went very close to downloading the files in sftp, with the command "get" but said that it is only for the usual file type (not for tar.gz. may be?). Using scp it takes the command, however, it do not start to download anywhere. Any suggestion regarding this issue, Please?
Also, I tried to connect through WinSCP it exactly says ; "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
Connection failed".

I utilized Apple's terminal program to access the server. Finder -> Applications -> Utlities -> Terminal
From Terminal, click Shell -> New Remote Connection
I then used Filezilla to transfer files to/from the server: https://filezilla-project.org/
Hope this helps,
Mark

Thanks for your post. What Mac OS are you using?

I am currently familiarizing myself with Banjo on Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 and starting to run it. Do you recommend I update my software to Mac OS X El Capitan, Version 10.11? Thanks.
